SAPC Patient Satisfaction at Nationally Recognized Levels
For the past two years, SAPC has contracted with the Press Ganey Corporation to randomly survey our patients regarding your satisfaction with our physicians, staff and office process. We are very proud that our Press Ganey satisfaction scores for all our physicians combined have been benchmarked in the 96th to 98th percentile when compared to other medical groups in the State of Florida and nationally.
We are now transitioning our patient satisfaction survey to “Avatar International” which will allow us to further enhance our survey process and dig deeper into how we can improve your patient experience.
